We know very well that you like our service, but we must offer you a return and refund policy.

Products return or exchange policy

All products and items that we sell are digital products that cannot be returned for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged. The code will not be replaced if it is lost, damaged, stolen or used in any other way without your permission. All products are valid for one use only.

Gifts Zone is exempt from liability to third parties.

Payment RefundIf payment is suspected, Gifts Zone first requests a proof of this payment method and sends it to the payment provider after which we decide to either complete the order or refund and if the customer or distributor does not respond within 7 days, Gifts Zone will automatically refund this amount and the sending bank fee will be deducted money.
